We are interested in your response to our vision for Television Centre.

Are there specific aspects that you support?

Are there any elements that cause you concern?

Are there any additional aspects of the vision that you would like to see included that are currently missing?

The masterplan for Television Centre show how that vision could be physically delivered.

Please could you summarise your overall response to the masterplan.

The masterplan is made up of a number of elements and we would like your response to
each of these:
  1. The refurbishment of the Wood Lane office building (Stage 6) to provide a home for BBC Worldwide.

  2. The refurbishment of Studios 1 – 3 for continued television production and audience shows for BBC Studios and Post Production.

  3. The opening up of Television Centre as a public
place including a remodeled forecourt with
restaurants, cafes, leisure facilities and a hotel
together with access through the site to
    Hammersmith Park and surrounding areas.

  1. The retention and refurbishment of the famous buildings around the forecourt and inner ring for hotel and residential use.

  2. The refurbishment of Stages 4 & 5 to create commercial space to act as a hub for creative enterprise for a range of businesses.

  3. The demolition and redevelopment to provide a range of residential accommodation from town houses and modern mansion blocks and a repositioned East Tower, together with the redevelopment of the Wood Lane car park.

  4. Do you have any other comments?
